In some areas, this often causes conflict due to social disputes because the teachings of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute are considered deviant by society. In this case, the formulation of the problem raised is what the social interaction patterns of people who adhere to LDII teachings are with other groups of people in Sawoo District. SBSN, or sovereign sukuk, is a Sharia-compliant financial instrument issued by the government to support the financing of the State Budget (APBN) and to stimulate the growth of the Islamic financial market. Since its first issuance in 2008, SBSN has shown significant growth in terms of investor numbers, issuance value, and product diversification. The government has developed various sukuk schemes including Green Sukuk and Mudharabah Sukuk to fund strategic and sustainable development projects. This paper also highlights ongoing challenges such as dependence on budget deficits, limited underlying assets, and the need for inter-agency coordination. MTs Mabdaul Falah West Kaduara Educational Institution implements a religious program, namely Special Lessons and Hifdz Subjects. The existence of this religious program is to provide good benefits for student character shaping. The strategies implemented by the school principal play an important role in ensuring that the regulations support students' character building. The data collection mothed in this research uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis of this research uses the theory commonly used in qualitative research but with an updated theory from Miles, Hubarman and Saldana, namely Data Condensation. The results showed that the principal has implemented various effective strategies in developing religious programs at school. Including First, making clear and structured regulations. Second, the consistent application of reward and punishment system. Third, collaboration with external institutions. This strategy has three main implications. First, it becomes a facility for character knowledge for students. Second, it instills competitive and disciplined character values. Students have been influenced by culture and technological developments to such an extent that spiritual character values are becoming increasingly distant from their lives, especially in matters related to religion. This thesis discusses the inculcation of spiritual values by Islamic education teachers in improving the morals of santri (Islamic boarding school students). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at Al-Muqri Islamic Boarding School in Prenduan. The data were obtained from teachers and students of Al-Muqri Prenduan. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested through four criteria: credibility (prolonged engagement, increased persistence, and triangulation), transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The spiritual values of the students at Al-Muqri Prenduan are generally good; however, aspects related to self-confidence and religious commitment are still lacking and need improvement. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the presentation of female blood material in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAI BP) textbook for grade 4 students at SD Negeri Tanjung 5 and the grade 4 fiqh textbook at MI Negeri 1 Pamekasan. Specifically, the research seeks to examine (1) the presentation of female blood material in both textbooks, (2) the similarities and differences in their content, and (3) the extent to which the formulation of the material meets students’ learning needs. This research employed a qualitative approach with library research as its design. Data were collected through documentation of primary sources PAI BP textbook (2021) and fiqh textbook (2023), as well as secondary sources from relevant literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that the fiqh textbook provides more detailed coverage, particularly on menstruation, including its definition, characteristics, duration, restrictions, and obligatory bathing, while also briefly addressing istihadhah and nifas. In contrast, the PAI BP textbook limits its discussion to menstruation, adopting a narrative and integrative approach that combines fiqh and biological perspectives. Employing a qualitative approach with a library research method, the study critically examines both classical and contemporary literature in Western philosophy and Islamic thought. A conceptual-comparative analysis was applied to identify similarities, differences, and intersections among these terms. The findings reveal that ethics represents a normative reflection on human actions, morals relate to socially accepted norms, values serve as guiding principles of behavior, and aesthetics emphasizes the dimension of beauty in art and conduct. Within the Islamic perspective, these concepts are comprehensively integrated, with revelation (the Qur’an and Sunnah) serving as the ultimate foundation. Islamic ethics is characterized as theocentric, holistic, and oriented toward both worldly and eternal well-being. Its core principles include tawhid (monotheism), justice, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and tazkiyat al-nafs (self-purification). The research followed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving a control and an experimental group. The development of the LKPD used the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The LKPD was considered effective if it met three main criteria: realistic, useful, and thoughtful. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test scores and student questionnaires to evaluate both learning outcomes and the practicality of the worksheets. The results showed that the experimental group had a significant increase in mathematical literacy scores, from a pre-test average of 52.35 to a post-test average of 82.94. In comparison, the control group improved from 52.27 to 75.45. The practicality level of the LKPD, based on student responses, reached 83.30%, indicating positive reception despite some students perceiving it as monotonous. These findings demonstrate that PBL-based LKPD is not only effective in enhancing students’ mathematical literacy but also practical for classroom use. The study contributes valuable insights for teachers and future researchers in developing high-quality, efficient learning materials tailored to elementary mathematics education. Employing a normative juridical approach with a statutory perspective, the research is anchored on Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The study finds that unauthorized utilization of the National Identity Number (NIK) and Family Card Number (KK) infringes upon consumer privacy rights and may result in both material and immaterial losses. While telecommunication providers have implemented complaint handling procedures and compensation mechanisms, these measures remain insufficient to fully protect consumer data. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto have a strategic role in guiding students to be able to use digital media wisely. This study aims to: 1) Describe the negative impact of digital content on students at SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto. 2) Describe the educational actions of PAI teachers in overcoming the negative impact of digital content. Based on its form, this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study showed: 1) The negative impact of digital content on students includes social media addiction, the spread of hoaxes, cyberbullying, declining morale, and consumptive attitudes. 2) Educational actions of PAI teachers include digital ethics guidance, counseling on the dangers of negative content, the use of exemplary methods, and approaches to religious values in the use of social media. 3) The implication of these educational actions is the increase in students' awareness in filtering information and using social media more wisely. One of the most prominent forms of electoral violations is money politics, where the distribution of material or financial benefits is used as an instrument to influence voters’ political choices. This article seeks to explore in depth how money politics contributes to the decline in democratic quality through a qualitative approach using a literature study method. The study was conducted by reviewing various academic sources, reports from independent institutions, and related regulations, which indicate that money politics not only undermines public trust in the democratic process but also perpetuates a transactional political culture that reduces citizens’ role to passive recipients of rewards. The main findings show that money politics has systemic implications for the weakening of democracy, including strengthening the dominance of political elites with large financial capital, creating electoral injustice, and neglecting leadership quality based on integrity and competence. This article concludes that to restore substantive democracy, comprehensive reforms are needed in the electoral regulatory system, improvement of political literacy, and strict law enforcement against electoral violations. This article examines the educational messages of the hadith on the initiation of adhan as interpreted by Indonesian scholar M. Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy in 2002 Mutiara Hadiets. The study applies library research, using Hasbi’s work as the primary source, supported by relevant literature on hadith and Islamic education. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through comparison, interpretation, and extraction of educational values. Findings reveal that the hadith on the initiation of adhan contains three central educational messages. First, the importance of intellectual intelligence and courage in reasoning, as exemplified by Umar ibn al-Khattab, which emphasizes cultivating sound reasoning and sharp intellect in Islamic education. Second, the significance of consultation (shura) in important matters as a participatory educational method that nurtures collective thinking, respect for differing opinions, and wise decision-making. Third, the method of legal deduction (istinbath) that prioritizes substantive meaning and public interest (maqasid al-shari‘ah), enabling Islamic education to transcend textualism and respond to contemporary challenges. The purpose of qana'ah is to foster gratitude, create inner peace, and maintain balance in life. This study aims to examine the concept of qana'ah and its relevance in today's digital era. The type of research used is library research, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, by collecting data and materials related to the discussion theme and its problems, obtained from library sources. Furthermore, it was analyzed using the thematic interpretation method. Over the past decade (2015–2025), the government and industry stakeholders have increasingly focused on implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS, known in Indonesia as SMK3) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS, known as SML) based on international standards (e.g., ISO 45001 and ISO 14001). This study presents a systematic literature review on the implementation of OHS management systems and environmental management systems in Indonesia’s automotive industry during the last </em><em>ten years. </em><em>The review results show a rising trend in OHSMS/EMS adoption driven by stricter regulations and global market demands, with many domestic automotive companies achieving occupational safety and environmental certifications. OHSMS implementation has been shown to reduce workplace accident rates and enhance productivity, whereas EMS adoption helps control pollution and improve resource efficiency. However, key challenges persist, including a lack of top management commitment, limited resources, a safety and environmentally conscious culture that is not yet firmly established, and the need to increase employee participation.
