supervision to ensure transparency and accountability. This study analyzes strategies for strengthening the role of the Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) within Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) in safeguarding the accountability of Pilkada grant funds. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis and analyzed using spiral data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the Inspectorate General of Bawaslu implemented structured and risk-based supervision through audits, reviews, evaluations, monitoring, and consultative assistance throughout the grant fund management cycle. Despite these efforts, supervisory effectiveness remains constrained by extensive coverage, regulatory complexity, and limitations in human resources. Mosque digitalization, utilizing social media, especially Instagram, has transformed the religious interaction of the younger generation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design using a survey method. Data were collected from 100 Muslim student respondents across various universities using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results indicate that mosque digitalization has a positive and significant influence on the spirituality of Muslim students. Collectively, the majority of respondents (86%) reported benefits, especially in fostering discipline in worship (80% aided by digital tools) and expanding access to dakwah and information (84% rated as effective). Nevertheless, the impact of digitalization on intrinsic motivation for worship and physical participation in religious studies remains moderate, evident from the high percentage of indifferent respondents. Studi ini meninjau tiga teknologi sampah-ke-energi (WtE): pyrolysis, gasifikasi, dan insinerasi. Hal ini didasarkan pada analisis data kuantitatif dan evaluasi ekonomi. Potensi energi dengan nilai kalor plastik 43–46 MJ/kg dan parameter efisiensi masing-masing teknologi dihitung dengan data volume sampah plastik yang tidak terkelola dan kebocoran ke laut. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mismanaged plastic sebesar 3,22 juta ton per tahun dapat dibakar untuk menghasilkan sekitar 32 323 GWh listrik. Sebaliknya, kebocoran plastik ke laut (0,48 hingga 1,29 juta ton) berpotensi menghasilkan 4 818 hingga 12 949 GWh listrik; gasifikasi menghasilkan 5 957 GWh dari mismanaged plastic dan 888 hingga 2 387 GWh dari sampah laut, dan insinerasi menghasilkan sekitar 1 610 hingga 4 325 GWh dari sampah laut. Pyrolysis skala kecil memerlukan investasi awal yang lebih besar, tetapi mampu memproduksi bahan bakar cair berkualitas tinggi. Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa gasifikasi memiliki payback period sekitar dua tahun dengan internal rate of return di atas 38 %. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pyrolysis adalah teknologi paling menjanjikan untuk pemanfaatan sampah plastik laut di Indonesia. The research method used is a case study with triangulation techniques including Likert questionnaires, observation, and documentation, validated through expert judgment and tested for reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. The research subjects include 12 active educational staff comprising teachers, school principals, and support staff. The study shows that there is a minor gap in the procurement dimension, while in the areas of coaching and development, evaluation and supervision, as well as compensation and rewards, there are significant to critical gaps. This phenomenon has the potential to weaken the use of the language "Engghi bhunten" in daily life. Therefore, if not given special attention, it is feared that the value of tengka embodied in the use of the language engghi bhunten will fade. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the sustainability of the tengka value in the practice of using the engghi bhunten language among Generation Alpha in urban areas, and to identify efforts made to maintain the existence of the tengka value in the use of the engghi bhunten language among Generation Alpha in urban areas. The research findings indicate that the influencing factors include the dominance of national and global languages, the influence of technology and digital media, and urbanization. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Musrenbang participants across 10 purposively selected districts, supported by secondary data from regional planning documents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that community participation, institutional capacity, and intergovernmental coordination have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of development planning. Institutional capacity emerges as the most dominant factor influencing the quality of Musrenbang outcomes. The model explains 68.4% of the variation in planning effectiveness. The research is based on the persistence of patriarchal cultural influences that shape students’ mindsets and behaviors, resulting in biases regarding the roles of men and women in social and educational contexts. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that PAI teachers play a strategic role in shaping students’ understanding of justice and balance between men and women in accordance with Islamic teachings. This role is manifested through advising, providing motivation, habituating equitable behavior in daily life, and offering moral and spiritual guidance to students. Furthermore, the study reveals that supporting factors include inclusive school policies and a conducive learning environment, while inhibiting factors consist of students’ emotional immaturity and biased perceptions of gender roles. However, the effectiveness of training is not only determined by program design and material quality, but also by the existence of participants as active learning subjects. This article aims to examine the existence of training participants in education by focusing on the aspects of expectations, motivation, performance changes, and learning patterns of training participants. This research is positioned as a conceptual study that examines the gap between the theoretical framework of adult learning and the reality of training implementation in the field. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with library research techniques. Data were obtained from various academic literature sources, including scientific books, national and international journal articles, previous research results, and policy documents relevant to education and training. Data analysis was conducted through theme organization, critical interpretation, and conceptual synthesis of motivation theory, andragogy, and training participant performance. The results of the study show a significant gap between the ideal training that emphasizes intrinsic motivation, independent learning, and an experience-based approach, and training practices that are still formalistic and administratively oriented. Participants who attended training due to extrinsic motivation tended to show passive participation and limited performance changes. Conversely, participants with intrinsic motivation and realistic expectations showed active involvement, reflective learning patterns, and more meaningful performance changes. This study aims to examine the concept and implementation of libraries as Learning Resource Centers and their impact on educational quality. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, collecting and analyzing data from various relevant scientific journals and books. The study results indicate that modern libraries no longer function solely as information providers but have evolved into learning centers integrated with technologies such as digital libraries and e-learning. Furthermore, the role of librarians has also changed to become learning facilitators, supporting the development of information literacy and critical thinking skills. The implementation of Learning Resource Centers has had a positive impact on increasing access to information, learning independence, and learning quality. However, several challenges remain, such as limited infrastructure, human resource competency, and policy support.
