The aims of this study are to examine depthly how the application of online learning by history subject teachers in achieving student competence at SMAN 1 Kertosono, Nganjuk Regency. The results showed that first, the application of online learning at SMAN 1 Kertosono Nganjuk by history subject teachers using a combination of online and offline learning, each teacher preparing learning administration, due to encouragement from the school management to be supervised or collected periodically. To achieve the basic competencies of history subjects in both online and offline learning, innovative learning methods and communicative learning media are used, such as making videos. Assessment of student learning outcomes used the e-report application that has been provided by school management, for historical subjects the assessment of student learning outcomes covers the fields of knowledge and attitudes. While the obstacles in online learning include the preparation of teaching materials that take up a lot of time, the limitations of teachers in mastering technology to support online learning and the limitations of communication between teachers and students.
